James caters to achieving athletes of all levels their performance or rehabilitation goals. Having worked with high level individuals for ten years, James has a wealth of experience in strength and conditioning development. Working closely with sports science, medical and nutrition teams to implement a holistic approach to long term athletic development. This was especially prevalent when he worked closely with the Great Britain Women's Ski Cross team for the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games.

When undertaking rehabilitation James is dedicated to restoring and improving physical strength, conditioning and mobility with maximised results for every individual he sees. Implementing his philosophy of applying underlying principles to optimise efficacious results whilst making the journey as enjoyable as possible.

James continues to develop his knowledge and evidence based training principles by relentlessly undertaking higher education qualifications to compliment his vast array of qualifications already, he is currently undertaking a PhD.
